 Jake has been a life long resident of St. Louis, growing up on the city's South Side where he still lives today. Jake has two passions - great music and great food. When he's not playing in his Guns N’ Roses tribute band, you can find him behind the bar or working the grill to make sure everyone who comes to Jake's Steaks has a good time. Jake is also a generous soul. He's been known to hand out free steak dinners if it's your birthday, if he likes your hair cut, or if your name is Jake. Just show him some ID, and he might do the same for you. Recently, Jake opened the Sidewinders Saloon just behind Jake's Steaks. Sidewinders is the kind of place you go to have fun, listen to great music, and choose from the area's biggest and best selection of tequila. Check out these specials: Thursday: 80's night with $2 you call its Friday: Live music featuring Outlaw Country/Punkabilly/Alt Country bands from across the country. $1 domestic longnecks. Saturday: Live Band Karaoke where you can sing as front man with a live band. Jake has been known to take the stage himself and belt out some GNR tunes.
